At Clever Carpet Cleaners & Maid Service, our approach differs from most large chain cleaning services. We believe that every home is different, and so is every homeowner. So rather than telling you how we do things, we ask what you need, and use that as the starting point for our services:

• You provide a prioritized list of what you’d like to have cleaned – which items are most important, and which are optional
• You decide how many “person hours” you’d like
• We carry all products and equipment needed, but if you prefer that we use products you supply, we’re happy to do so

• Wherever possible, we use green / environmentally friendly cleaning products
• Yes, we do windows – interior and ground-level exterior (reachable without a ladder)
• We love pets, and we’re happy to work around them as long as they’re happy to have us around!
• We change bed linens with clean ones you provide
• All types of scheduling, including weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, spring, specialty cleaning, and big event cleaning
• Move-in and move-out cleaning – we welcome Realtor clients!
• We do weekend/evening office cleaning in addition to residential
